It was first day of the Engg, Neha and Divya were seated on the last bench among the girls and soon became good friends. They share similar tastes in many things, soon came to know that both of them reside at same place. As they are different from all other girls in the class they couldn't make many close friends but they were very happy and enjoyed each others company. They were never found separate when they in college.
Divya is prettiest girl in the class, off course in the college too and also studies well. she topped her class in almost all semesters. She's the only child to her parents; down to earth and well mannered girl with minimal friends but she's always polite to everyone who ever approached for any kind of help. Almost half of the class used to rely on her records and class notes for internals and as well as main exams.
Looks wise Neha stands no where beside her friend and also in studies too never stood in competition with her. She's the eldest daughter of a middle class family and had an younger sister, her parents are self employed, broad minded and brought up both the girls giving needful freedom, love and care. Neha is more attached to her mother but her fathers cares her too much and treats like a princess in her home. He did everything for her and bought what ever she wished since her childhood. In spite of her fathers extreme love towards her, she grew up in to well cultured, responsible girl with matured thinking.
Both the girls are strong in their character and had good impression amongst lecturers about their manners and type of contacts they used to maintain with other girls and boys. Being heartthrob to entire college so many boys tried their luck with Divya, but she could always manage wisely being in safe distance from them. In the course of handling these kind of situations Neha always been her side and helped in both making decisions and implementing them.
Always they had been very careful in not getting confronted by any of the naughty guys who desired Divya. But in due course of time the guys who were rejected by Divya understood that they'll not be able to make this work out and almost vanished from their lives. As an old saying goes, "It's always easy to save us from our foes than from our own friends" few guys of their class who concealed real character all these days evolved as real threat to the girls and their friendship.
Few guys who has been very friendly with the girls started looking for best opportunity to express themselves to miss charming, to their bad luck they couldn't get single chance of seeing alone even after waiting for 2 years. This made them to go for divide and conquer, in their trails they ignored the fact that they are hurting the girl just beside her with almost equal age, with similar thinking, as good as her in every kind, having her own unique character, but only reason was less appealing in looks.
Neha always managed herself, respected their friendship and did her level best to never discomfort her friend who was not actually reason behind her suffering...they remained friends for ever.....once after the college none of the guys(class mates) appeared in their life....
treat every girl with respect...u don't know, with the mistake made by one guy may be the girl end up hating every one of that gender....Looks fade...but people will never forget the way you made them feel...
